   Proposal Description:
   I aim to analyze how various comorbidities, medications, mutations and family history are related to diagnosis and progression of dementia. I'll be doing this per classification initially i.e. cognitively normal, MCI, AD. Then at progression of CDR scores, or conversion from Normal-MCI or MCI to AD. Using machine learning methods, I plan on incorporating lifestyle, physical data and other behavioral changes in the analyses to come up with a combination of these markers which might help in accurately predicting dementia.
